ADEE WONG
Adee first met Teresa Carpio in through his work with the Hong Kong Association of Christian Musicians (ACM), an organisation that dedicated itself to speading Christianity through music.
After six years as head of the productions department at ACM, Adee decided to bring his talents to TCI, where he has been for the past three years.
Although Adee is often to be found in the front office, handling calls and registration, he is also an accomplished vocalist and regularly runs classes.
ALEXIAS AND SERENA
These two talented sisters, Alexias and Serena, have been in the music business since an early age. At nine years old, Alexias’ stage debut came when she was picked to play the part of a young Teresa Carpio; singing and dancing with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.
As for Serena, she first appeared on stage during Teresa Carpio’s True Love concerts at the 12,000-seat Hong Kong Coliseum. Since then, they have received dance training at Los Angeles’ prestigious school The Edge and The Millennium Dance Complex, all the while receiving advanced vocal training from Teresa Carpio.
Alexias is the principal choreographer for TCI Hong Kong, and holds regular online classes for TCI Toronto students.
CLEMENT LEE
Clement is one of the first TCI students from Toronto. After taking coruses from Teresa Carpio, he decided to follow a career in music, first by taking courses at the Harris Institute in Toronto, then by coming to Hong Kong to work in the music-related industry at IFPI for seven years.
Earlier this year, he came to work at TCI full time as a teacher and coordinator. He is also an accomplished pianist with students from as far afield as the Peak and Hong Lok Yuen.
Welcome back, Clement!
