YOUNG VOICES
THE JOY OF PERFORMANCE
This is a class where the students begin to experience a sense of freedom in expression, in voice and movement. Students are taught to be more aware of their own voices, whether it be their speaking or singing voices. They begin to ‘feel’ the energy from:
- The rhythm in the music.
- The tones of the instruments.
- The emotional sense in understanding the lyrics to the songs in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Please wear comfortable clothing & indoor shoes.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
- If students do not feel well or are late for class, please call 3109-7333.
- TCI appreciates parents who keep their sick children home!
- Classes are subject to change.
- Students may be assessed and promoted to another class.
Confidence, self assurance, communication skills, leadership skills, memory skills, and their musical sense all come into place. And so the adventure begins ...
